MCP Private Provider Services
MCP Private Provider Services (MCP PPS) is a private company that is licensed to perform Building Inspections and Plan Review just as a Municipal Building Department that is located in a City / County. Private Providers operate as supplemental private building departments alongside local municipal building departments. We currently serve the South Florida area.
Per Florida Statutes 553.791 “Alternative plans review and inspection”. ( i ) “Private provider means a person licensed as a building code administrator under part XII of chapter 468, as an engineer under chapter 471, or as an architect under chapter 481. (See HB 683 also)

As a private provider, MCP PPS inspectors can provide building plan review and building code inspections at each phase of construction, in place of the local building department.
Building Inspections Services
Our team of ICC-Certified / Florida Licensed Private Provider Building Inspectors are professionals licensed by the state of Florida to conduct inspections on buildings and structures – Residential or Commercial. Our team is compliant with the Floria Statue to perform inspections in place of or in addition to inspections conducted by local municipal building departments. With over 25 years in the Construction and Inspection arena and in addition to providing quick and efficient services, we will work with you to ensure your project abides by the Florida Building Code and is completed in a timely manner.
Plan Review Services
Our team of Florida Licensed / ICC-Certified Private Provider Plans Examiners are professionals who hold a license issued by the state of Florida to review and approve building plans and specifications for compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
